Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 6 November 2026
1. Commitment
VIS Projectes 81, SL wants the NEXT>HOME website to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible, regardless of their abilities or the device they use.
2. Reference standard
We take as our reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the applicable requirements of standard UNE-EN 301549 (EN 301 549).
3. Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We do not claim full compliance because no external audit has been carried out and the website has not been tested with every combination of browser and screen reader.
4. Measures implemented
- A link to skip directly to the main content.
- A consistent heading structure and a single main heading per page.
- Visible focus and full keyboard navigation, including the mobile menu (which closes with the Esc key).
- Sufficient contrast between text and background in all the colours of the palette.
- Labels associated with the form fields and error messages that can be announced by assistive technology.
- Alternative text for informative images.
- Respect for the system’s reduced motion preference: if enabled, animations and scrolling effects are switched off and the content is displayed statically.
- A responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop, with touch targets of sufficient size.
5. Known limitations
- Some of the external services linked (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) are not under our control and may have a different level of accessibility.
6. Feedback and contact
If you encounter an access barrier or need the information in another format, write to info@nexthome.cat or call +34 972 21 51 40. If you can, please state the page, the device or browser and a brief description of the problem. We will reply and, where reasonably possible, put it right.
7. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 6 November 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment of the website (code review and testing with a keyboard and at mobile and desktop widths).
